In residence at one of Hollywood’s most exciting independent studios, Lobby Theatre is dedicated to plays and playwrights that illuminate the social and moral challenges of the 21st century.
Lobby Theatre is a new theatre in residence at Joe and Anthony Russo’s AGBO Films in DTLA. Established by myself and my colleagues, we’re also here to play with form.
Our first offering is an enhanced reading of Aleshea Harris’s Obie Award-winning Is God Is.
This is the lobby space at AGBO, under construction in 2019. The raised area is the intended stage. The opening of Aleshea’s play next month is not in the lobby space, however, but on AGBO’s motion capture soundstage. Stay tuned…
